Mosaic Group for 11-16 years old
Thursday afternoon: 4-5.30pm
14th Jan – 25th March 2021
An enjoyable and relaxed way for young people aged between 11 and 16 years old (siblings up to 17 years old can also join, at a discounted fee) to explore this fascinating craft through its ancient tales, legends and history from around the world. Each week a range of materials and techniques will be used, to create individual mosaic pieces.
£150 (£135) 10 sessions, (all materials included)
No previous artistic experience is required.

An Imaginative Journey (Myths, Symbols and Stories)

Thursday evening (7-9pm)
Rediscover and connect to our creative past by taking an alternative Journey. We will be seeking inspiration from tales and legends as depicted throughout ancient history and the craft of mosaic. Explore these fascinating stories from around the world. Suitable for both beginners and those with some experience.
A rich variety of materials included. Cost: £230 (£210), 10 sessions

School's Project 2013 with Cotswold Care Hospice and Minchinhampton Primary School. Patients and Pupils worked together to create a collage based on the Value - Courage and element - Water. Monet was the inspiration for water and Rousseau for courage, symbolised by the animals of the jungle. The two were brought together in one finished collage piece.
